Any copying, modification, storage and full or partial disclosure of materials published by the Salmulietas.lv shall be categorically prohibited without the written permission of the Salmulietas.lv.
Rules for the manufacture of straw sculptures, figures, dolls and souvenirs sculptures, dolls, souvenirs, figures made by Salmulietas.lv are protected in accordance with the Copyright Act of the Republic of Latvia. Any imitation, copying, modification of works produced by Salmulietas.lv shall be categorically prohibited without the written permission of the Salmulietas.lv.
The manufacture of straw sculptures, figures, dolls and souvenirs has been approved by the Patent Office of the Republic of Latvia and protected by the Patent Law of the Republic of Latvia. The patent is valid from 23.04.2010
Violation of the exclusive rights of the owner of the patent – the use of a patent without the permission of the owner (Patent Law) shall be considered illegal use of the invention. Without the permission of the owner of the patent, no one may make, sell and use a proprietary product obtained by the proprietary technique.
